By using the kasecustomcanada.com website and social media, we will consider this as your agreement to the terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before placing an order or simply using our website. Please do not use our website if you disagree with the terms.
General Terms
•     Acceptance of Terms: Your continuous use of our website shows your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, or any other guidelines posted on the website.
•     Changes to Terms: We may change or update the terms at any time without any notice. Your website usage or order placement implies your acceptance of the changes.
•     Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into contracts. This is a must to use our services.
Products and Orders
•     Product Description: We aim for accuracy, but slight colour differences may occur due to monitor and gadget variations.
•     Order Process: You must provide accurate details when placing an order, including shipping and payment information.
•     Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, you will receive an email or message confirming your order. However, this in any case does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
•     Order Changes: Contact us immediately if changes are needed. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Pricing and Payment
•     Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time of order applies. No additional charges other than taxes or shipping fees apply.
•     Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods.  We never store your card details in our system.
•     Payment Disputes: We are allowed to cancel the order on payment disputes. Please reach out to our customer service for more details.
Customization and Design
•     Customization Process: We offer a variety of customization options for our hats. After you submit your design, our team will review it and may suggest modifications and provide digital mock ups. Production will only proceed once you approve the final design, the quote with details and full payment is received.
•     Design Approval: You must review and approve the final design proof before production. Please check all details, including colors, text, and size, as changes cannot be made after approval.
  • Patch Design: We do not sew on patches. Nor do we advertise that we do. It is your responsibility to review the order for accuracy. Once payment is received, and your order has been started, we can not provide a refund if your assumption are for the patches to be sewn on. 
•     Intellectual Property: By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. kasecustomcanada.com is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringement related to your design. We may refuse any design that violates our policies or other’s rights.
Shipping and Delivery
•     Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping times and costs vary by location and selected method. Estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
•     Delivery: We strive to deliver your order on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or natural disasters.
•     International Shipping: For orders shipped outside Canada, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Refund Policy
•     Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds at kasecustomcanada.com are granted under specific conditions for fairness and transparency. You can request a refund if you receive a defective, damaged, or significantly different product from the approved design. If your order is not delivered on time due to our fault, you may also qualify for a refund. All requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order to help us address issues promptly and maintain high customer service standards.
•     Ineligibility for Refunds: Not all situations qualify for a refund. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after design approval and production starts. Slight variations in color, size, or design within industry-standard tolerances also do not qualify. We cannot issue refunds for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or for damage due to misuse. Each custom cap is made to your specifications, and minor discrepancies may occur during manufacturing.
•     Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. While we aim for quick processing, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, especially if you prefer to use it for future purchases. This store credit will be valid for a limited time and can be applied to any product on kasecustomcanada.com.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged items, or those that significantly differ from the approved design. If this occurs, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue.
Upon approval, you may receive a replacement item or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Custom caps that have been used, worn, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation
•     Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team right away. Cancellations are only possible before production starts due to the custom nature of our products. If your request is approved before production, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds aren’t guaranteed, but you can still reach out to discuss options.
•     Cancellation by kasecustomcanada.com: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of unforeseen issues like supply chain disruptions, pricing errors, or design problems. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments will be fully refunded. Orders may also be cancelled due to payment failures or suspected fraud
Payments and Processing of Invoices
•     Payments: We make payments simple and secure. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and e-transfer. All payments must be in Canadian dollars and made when you place your order. If there’s an issue with your payment, we’ll notify you right away to avoid delays.
•     Processing of Invoices: Your invoice will be sent via email immediately after payment is processed. It will include details of your order, custom specifications, the total amount paid, and any applicable taxes or shipping fees. We recommend keeping the invoice as proof of purchase for future enquiries or claims regarding your order.
•     Sensitive Data: We do not collect or store sensitive payment information like credit card numbers or bank details. This information is securely handled by our payment processors. Please review their privacy policies to understand how your payment data is managed and protected.
Intellectual Property
•     Ownership: All content on kasecustomcanada.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to kasecustomcanada.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.
•     Customer Designs: You retain ownership of any design you submit. However, by submitting it, you grant kasecustomcanada.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the design to complete your order and market our products. This license applies only to the specific order and does not transfer ownership.



ELIGIBLE ITEM(S) FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
  1. Product(s) was NOT custom made.
  2. Product(s) was purchased in the past 14 calendar days.
  3. Product(s) is unworn, unwashed, or unused.
  4. Original packaging must be used to return.
Custom made items are non-refundable and are final sale.  Custom made means KASE Custom Designs, provided a digital proof to the buyer with the design, and the buyer agreed upon the digital design. By paying for item(s), the buyer agrees to the terms.  

If a mistake was made with the order, please notify KASE Custom Designs in writing within 48 hours of receiving your package (send a picture with mistake). Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels still intact.

KASE Custom Designs does not warranty misuse and improper care of hats and toques from day-to-day wear, staining, fading, or shrinking.

Spot clean only at your own risk, test a small area first. Do not place in dishwasher, washing machine or use cleaners.

KASE Custom Designs does not refund the original shipping costs, refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the original item(s) is returned to KASE Custom Designs shipping address and assessed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item(s) at their cost in the original packaging.

Artwork Disclaimer
When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser for production of an order, KASE Custom Designs assumes that the artwork submitted is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Notwithstanding any provision in any purchase order, including any integration clause or other disclaimer, by submitting artwork in connection with an order, a Purchaser shall be deemed to have agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KASE Custom Designs from any claim, damages or cost based on any alleged breach of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of a third party arising from or related to KASE Custom Designs’ use of such artwork in connection with such order. When artwork is submitted by or on behalf of a Purchaser, this provision shall be deemed both a separate agreement formed upon the submissions of such artwork (and not superseded by any integration clause in a purchase order) and a provision that is integrated into and made a part of each purchase order submitted by a Purchaser.
